This started with Carl.
Undiscovered One began with Carl Potts' belief that undiscovered artists deserved somewhere to be heard, supported, and celebrated.
Carl was not a founder in a boardroom. He was someone who listened closely, who believed good work should not go unheard just because nobody had found it yet, and who talked about a place where that would not happen.
He never got to see the idea become real. Carrying it forward — carefully, and without turning it into something he would not recognise — is the whole point.
An idea bigger than a platform
What Carl described was not a product. It was a standard: that being unknown is a circumstance, not a verdict, and that the people who make things deserve a real chance to be found and supported by the people who would love their work.
